Penny and her group have over 20 years experience in the mortgage business and have been #1 since 1998 for Fortune 500 companies.
Scott Kolbe
Scott has often said that he is dedicated to the psychology of humanity. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in psychology, Scott set about becoming the best at satisfying the needs of people. It was then, 14 years ago, that he met Penny Hill and began his career in the art of mortgage lending. Scott's specialties include working with self employed borrowers and super jumbo loans. His expertise makes him particularly suited in creatively solving his client's personal mortgage issues.
Melissa Rickey
Melissa has been a financial specialist for my entire career. In 1995 she started my career as a Mortgage Lender in Georgia and moved to Tampa in 2002. Melissa specialized in conventional and government loan products. She has bult her reputation on commitment to detail and continual communication with her clients. Growing up in Sarasota has helped her be intimate with the local community. She is an avid tennis player on two USTA teams and competes in local tournaments.
Lori Margolis
